It is almost impossible these days not to panic the City. How will you square the circle between having arrangements that are completely transparent, and not causing undue panic as a result of a firm’s involvement in the special resolution regime? Are you giving serious thought to how news of the special resolution regime will be communicated, both internally and externally?
