I was going to answer that point in my response to the hon. Member for Hornchurch, but perhaps I can reassure both hon. Gentlemen now. The Government made an amendment to the Bill in the House of Lords limiting the ability under section 32A(5) of the Audit Commission Act 1998 to identify patterns and trends suggesting a potential for future criminality. We have listened and made an amendment. I hope that that reassures the hon. Gentlemen.
