I am following the argument closely. As I understand it, the logical extension of contribution from the hon. Member for Luton, South is that the scope of the Bill should include all adult males unless they can prove that they do not have a tendency toward paedophilia. Otherwise, is not she deliberately soft pedalling on exactly the sort of offence she wants to be considered?
