No. It would obviously have the cost of bringing us forward by two years, but that is one of the issues on which we expect the Minister to be well briefed and to explain. We also expect him to tell us in all honesty and candour about the numbers of women and others who would benefit from bringing the cut-off year forward from 2010 to 2008, so we can know whether the change and its cost is worth the improvement that it would mean for many people.
