Happiness, relative or otherwise, is not what I feel, but I hear what the Minister says. I wish to let him know that we shall keep a close eye on how the provision works in practice. It is one of the sharpest interfaces between the law-abiding public and the criminal justice system and if it goes wrong, the buck will stop at his desk. I beg to ask leave to withdraw the amendment.
