My hon. Friend will be aware that the Government have only recently restructured regional health services yet again, with PCTs now being county-wide, in order to provide these very services—in other words, specialisms within a county or a group of counties. In the west country, we have already had a consultation on whether children’s services should be in Plymouth or Bridgwater. If this is already under way, I do not buy the Minister’s argument that somehow this is not do-able.
