It is helpful on a different subject, because the Minister’s colleague in another place promised to return to the issue of how the code of conduct might be strengthened to give us some reassurance, but that has not yet happened, and I wonder how long the Government will take. However, to take the Minister back to her response to my query on Varbanov v . Bulgaria, where has the legal opinion that she quoted been published? Where can members of the Committee have access to that opinion, which was commissioned by the Government, so that we can better inform our deliberations? I have not seen it.
