I beg to move amendment No. 89, in clause 81, page 55, line 3, after ‘being’, insert—
‘( ) the interests of the commissioners of general medical services;
( ) any guidance issued by the Director of Public Health;
( ) any guidance issued by the Chief Medical Officer;’.
