It is 4 o’clock and although we are living in very interesting political times, we have to direct our undivided attention to the Bill. I want no mention of other matters during contributions to the debate and I always look forward to progress when I am in the Chair. When the Committee adjourned, the hon. Member for North Southwark and Bermondsey was moving his amendment. I know that he has further words of wisdom to utter, so I ask him to resume his speech.
