We have not got to the bit in the report, but is that not contrary to what the hon. Member for Huntingdon was arguing this morning? I am talking about whether this is about consultation or direct involvement in these appointments. I can sit happily with Clementi’s idea that consultation should take place—the Minister allowed exactly that on Second Reading.
