Postponement of poll from 2012 to 2013

‘(1) Section 3 of the GLA Act 1999 is amended as follows.

(2) After subsection (2) insert—

“(2A) The poll due on 3rd May 2012 shall be held on 2nd May 2013 or such later date in 2013 as the Secretary of State may by order provide.”.’.—[Mr. Pelling.]
