I am grateful to my hon. Friend. I have spent some time touring Cuba. Does my hon. Friend agree that it is only too easy for someone such as the Mayor to go there from London and get the impression that Cuba is a free society because people are quite open, but be totally unaware of the number of writers and artists who are held in prison in that undemocratic land? Is it not a waste of the Mayor’s time and resources for him to spend his time doing that rather than caring for the people of London?
