For the convenience of the Committee, the most material changes to the Bill are contained in the amendments and the schedules consequent to the amendments that stand in the name of the hon. Member for Regent's Park and Kensington, North. As the most radical changes to the Bill are contained in the proposal that stands in her name, any response from ourselves and from the Government should follow on from that Member making her case and I am happy to let her do so if that is convenient to you, Mr. O’Hara.
