It is important that the Minister has clarified that, because there was doubt on Second Reading and during earlier discussions in Committee. I want it to be crystal clear. The Minister has now said that the £40 million is the £40 million is the£40 million—there is no additional £40 million. Is that the £40 million reported in the 2006 annual report?
