This morning we will hear evidence from representatives of the Youth Justice Board and the Children’s Society. Our witnesses are very welcome to the meeting. As you know, this is a new procedure for the House of Commons, but I believe that it will be helpful in dealing with legislation and, therefore, we will welcome the evidence that you give us today.
