I thank my hon. Friend for his kind remarks. I cannot definitely commit myself to dealing with the issue on Report, but I will try my best to do so. However, hon. Members should rest assured that, whether it is done on Report or at another time, I will come back with a substantive reply to the Committee, and if that has to be in writing, so be it. Given that the OFT has already done the work on the issue, I hope that we can consider it and find a way forward. I hope that the hon. Member for Solihull can accept my explanations and will withdraw her amendment, but I will wait to find out whether she is happy with what I have said.
