My right hon. Friend has an enviable reputation for rapid action, but he has surpassed even his own high standards today. I thank him most sincerely for that—on behalf of not myself, but my constituents and other hon. Members who have raised that concern. We will look with great interest to the statement that will be made on the Floor of the House; but in the meantime, I thank my right hon. Friend for his prompt and positive action.
