No. 50, in clause 13, page 8, line 9, after ‘supplier’, insert
‘, or there appears to the Council to be a reasonable probability of such a threat being made’.
No. 51, in clause 13, page 8, line 18, after ‘holder’, insert
‘, or there appears to the Council to be a reasonable probability of such a threat being made’.
