I was particularly interested in the Minister’s brief reference to the operational improvement plan because, according to my information, in July 2006 the agency was collecting 35 per cent. of arrears and that was down to 33 per cent. in September. I do not know if he has more up-to-date information, but I am nervous about the progress of the operational improvement plan.
