I have welcomed very much the tone of our discussion this morning. It has been positive and some good points have come to the fore. However, I was slightly worried about the fact that the hon. Member for Bury St. Edmunds had been described by the CBI as unhelpful. I was even more worried when he questioned the efficacy of capitalism.
