The amendment is short. I am not clear from reading subsection (3)(a)—I am not sure that I understand it—whether an air weapon is a “dangerous weapon”. The subject goes to the heart of our discussions on age and weapons, and it will come up repeatedly, so I would welcome the Minister’s confirmation of whether or not an air weapon is deemed to be dangerous.
