With this it will be convenient to discuss the following amendments:
No. 20, in clause 6, page 5, line 6, leave out from 'court' to end of line 7 and insert
'must issue a warrant without bail for his arrest.'.
No. 21, in clause 6, page 5, line 9, leave out 'adequate' and insert '14 days,'.
