New Clause 2 - Mode of trial on indictment (no. 2)
Terrorism (Northern Ireland) Bill

‘(1)Section 75 of the Terrorism 2000 Act (mode of trial on indictment) shall be amended as follows.

(2)After subsection (1), insert—

“(1A)The court shall consist of three judges of the Crown Court.”.’.
