I remind the Committee that there is a money resolution in connection with the Bill. Copies are available in the room. It is hoped that the Committee will conclude consideration of the Bill at this sitting. If that should not prove possible, I shall invite Sir Malcolm Rifkind to move a sittings motion specifying the date and time of our next meeting before we adjourn. In the event of a second sitting, I do not intend to call starred amendments.
