My hon. Friend has a very lucid argument, which I had not thought of. Is not it also possible that a court might find that a person’s behaviour, about which another person complains, happens because of that person’s religious belief? That might be something that the religious leader seeking to address the issue is implying—that because a person does not believe in God, they are some kind of outsider, infidel, heathen or unbeliever, and therefore act in a certain way—and that person could well be brought to court under the provisions of the Bill.
