I invite Conservative Members to look very closely at what the British National party does and says, and the way in which it uses groups who are identified by their religion as figures of hate and promotes hate against them. That is very different from political views. It is very different from other expressions of opinion or other associations that people may have. Religion is used as a target for the promotion of hate, and the Bill sets out to end that.
