The hon. Gentleman is making a good point, because the existing law requires all sorts of decisions to be taken by juries within context—the use of the word “insulting”, for instance. Does he agree that if we start worrying too much about the anxiety expressed by the hon. Member for Rhondda (Chris Bryant), the Bill would go out of the window, along with the Race Relations Act 1976, because it requires juries to make such decisions?
