I thank the Minister, but I feel that an important principle, which has to be on the record, is involved. Perhaps my new clause comes close to a truth and justice commission, but there is a need for closure, and for an opportunity for an awful lot of people who have committed crimes. A lot of victims need to know who perpetrated crimes and be able to face them.
