I thought that the hon. Gentleman slightly dodged the question that the Minister put to him. May I put it to the hon. Gentleman in a different way? I accept that he is against the Bill in its entirety. Would he prefer the outcome of the proceedings in this House and the other place to be that the Bill goes through with the provisions that benefit terrorists but without the benefit also being received by those who have been members of the security forces?
