Perhaps I am missing something. Will the Minister point out where, in clause 1(1)(a), the Terrorism Act is even mentioned, let alone the definition in the Terrorism Act? The reference in subsection (2), of course, is to an escape offence. Will the Minister spell it out for me and other members of the Committee?
