With this it will be convenient to discuss the following amendments:

No. 120, in clause 46, page 17, line 4, at end insert—

‘if it can be shown that the nest has been constructed or used by such a bird within the preceding 3 years’.

No. 143, in clause 46, page 17, line 4, at end insert—

‘(2A)In that section, after subsection (1) insert—

“(1A)In subsection (1)(aa) “nest” means a structure constructed by a bird for its eggs and young.”.’.

No. 109, in clause 46, page 17, line 11, at end insert—
