Stephen Ladyman (Minister of State, Department for Transport; South Thanet, Labour)

I beg to move amendment No. 1, in clause 4, page 3, line 14, leave out subsection (4).

The amendment simply removes the standard clause that is inserted by the Lords to cover matters of privilege. Removing it is a routine process.

Amendment agreed to.

Clause 4, as amended, ordered to stand part of the Bill.
