Is not this the critical part of the process for the entire Bill? Unless the Minister is prepared to put into statute what he asserts he agrees with, he will not have his Bill in its present form when it goes to another place. It is in his interest to listen to what we say and bring forward appropriate amendments in Committee or on Report.
