I was in the middle of saying that there is enough protection in the Bill to protect Parliament and the country from a future Conservative Government. I wish to reassure the hon. Gentleman that in the assessment of the Government and of Parliament, there is protection in the Bill against the excesses of a future Conservative Government, which the TUC was understandably concerned would be unleashed on the public. [Interruption.] Of course. I wish to reassure the hon. Gentleman that the country would indeed be safe from a Conservative Government and that the Bill would not allow a Conservative Government to do whatever they wished.
