Order. I think that it is fair to say that both Front Benchers have had a fair run for their money. I have been fairly tolerant of the direction that the debate has taken, because the issues are clearly very important and it is not the Chairman's job to stifle debate, but we are now moving too far into the realms of party-political dispute. Perhaps we should return to discussion of the amendments.
