In compliance with my opening remarks last week, which I was told were very precise, I am prepared to accept hon. Members divesting themselves of their upper and outer garments. However, having read the report in Hansard of what I said, I got the awful impression that I sounded as though I was making it compulsory. It is not. It is voluntary. Members can please themselves.
