We would all echo the right hon. Lady’s assertion that we wish to see electoral petition arrangements brought up to date and made more accessible and efficient in their operation. But I ask the Minister; what better vehicle can there be to do that than this Electoral Administration Bill? Does she intend to bring forward amendments at a later stage in the progress of this Bill or are we to expect a new Electoral Administration Bill in 2006?
