On a point of order, Mr. Cook. We appear now to be racing through the clauses, which is welcome. However, looking ahead, I realise that later this afternoon we shall probably reach the clauses relating to admissions. The Government promised to circulate the draft code relating to that at some point, but have not done so. Will you encourage the Government to do that, so that we may consider the code when we get to the relevant point?
