Absolutely. My hon. Friend has taken the nextparagraph from my notes. He is right; the amendment would prevent therisk of such injustice from occurring. It would place an additionalsafeguard on the rights of foundations who see their control of aschool removed. The better the safeguards, the more likely it is thatgroups and individuals will want to set up a foundation and contributecapital assets for the benefit ofeducation.
