I understand the point that the hon. Lady makes, but she is wrong. I was not going to bring this up because I did not want to be partisan—[Hon. Members: “Oh go on!”]—but as she has brought the issue up, I will have to say it. One of the problems for Kids Company was that the local authorities were trying to close it down. That would not have helped; it would have meant that the children were abandoned to the four winds, but let us not harp on that.
