I am certainly interested in such examples, wherethe delays and periods of time taken to process applications areunacceptable. My officials and I would want to ensure that we can dealwith such issues as speedily as possible. If controversy has beenminimised at the point of application, that makes things considerablyeasier and moreachievable.
