Order. Before the hon. Member for Bexhill and Battle (Gregory Barker) replies to that intervention, I shall say that I think we ought to be getting back to the amendment. Debate on the Prime Minister’s or Chancellor’s attitude has very little to do with amendment No. 17. I shall allow a reply, but then we must get back to the amendments.
