That example sprang to mind when national scales of charging were mentioned. I think I have said enough; in fact, I know I have—that does not need confirmation. I am grateful to the Parliamentary Secretary for agreeing to consider the matter and I shall question him closely about his progress on it as soon as we get back from the recess.
