Order. May I point out to the hon. Lady that she is discussing matters that could properly be debated under a stand part debate under clause 55? By debating those matters now, she may be denying herself—and other hon. Members who may wish to comment—the opportunity to do that in a stand part debate on that particular aspect of the matter.
