I am not sufficiently well acquainted with Theravada Buddhism to answer that question. It would be a question for interpretation by the charity tribunal or the courts. I think that they will be inclined to take the natural understanding of the word “supernatural” in England at the time, and that most people would come to the same view of what is meant by it, although I accept that a minority might have a different view.
