With this it will be convenient to discuss amendment No. 6, in clause 3, page 3, line 19, at end add—
'(6) In this section ''intelligence agency'' means—
(a) the Security Services,
(b) the Secret Intelligence Service,
(c) Government Communications Headquarters, or
(d) any other United Kingdom intelligence-gathering agency.'.
