Before we commence this morning's business, I apologise on behalf of the House authorities for the fact that we have been moved without consultation into a Room that I regard as wholly unsuitable for our purposes. I shall make appropriate representations to the authorities. If that decision has inconvenienced Members who have gone to the wrong Room—it looks as though it may have done so—I extend my apologies to them as well, but we are required to commence our business in a timely fashion at 9.30 am.
