It may help the hon. Gentleman to know that some work has been done on the problem of people getting unsolicited mail through their front door. The most vulnerable, those who feel cut off from society, are among those most likely to reply because it gives them a point of contact with people outside their home. Does the hon. Gentleman agree that the Government should perhaps examine that area?
