With this it will be convenient to discuss the following amendments:
No. 10, in clause 4, page 5, line 14, at end insert
'or if he considers it appropriate to do so'.
No. 12, in clause 4, page 5, line 42, at end insert—
'(aa) be appointed to audit their accounts;'.
No. 13, in clause 4, page 6, line 3, at end insert—
'(c) provided that any such member of staff is eligible for appointment within the terms of section 14'.
No. 11, in clause 4, page 6, leave out lines 12 and 13.
