I beg to move amendment No. 29, in
clause 30, page 18, line 40, leave out paragraph (a) and insert—
'(a) after subsection (1)(a) insert—
''(aa) pending consideration being given to the institution of proceedings against him for an offence involving dishonesty or deception,'','.
